Validity: returns are accepted only for damaged products e within 14 days after sending of the order, upon acceptance of the return by Mrs Rose.

How to request a return

1. Write within 14 days to assistance: info@mrsrosecaffe.it.
2. Indicates order numberdescription of the damage and photos clarity of the product and packaging.
3. Wait for our confirmation of acceptance and the instructions for the return shipment.

Shipping costs

• Le return costs are borne by the customer.
• However, we will do our utmost to finding a favourable agreement or for proceed to replacement of the article, when available.

Conditions of Return

• The product must, whenever possible, fit in with original packaging and complete with all included accessories/add-ons.
• I opened or used foodstuffs are not returnable, except for defects or damage found on arrival.
• Unauthorised returns or returns sent without confirmation may not to be accepted.

Refund or replacement

• After quality control, we will proceed to replacement (if available) or to refund of the value of the damaged product, excluding shipping costs.
• Refund times may vary depending on the payment circuit.

Transport damage

• If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery, signature with reservation and report the incident within 24/48 hours at info@mrsrosecaffe.itattaching photos.
