Transformation
Each bean is slowly cooked at a constant temperature, becoming dark brown and crumbly while releasing the characteristic aromas of our 100% Arabica coffee.
Grinding
Mrs. Rose is ground with millimetric precision to obtain the perfect grain size that creates that dense hazelnut cream, capable of holding the weight of the sugar.
